Too many of them stress aggressive fighting techniques, and getting the technique down first is neglected. None of that at the Foundry though. There is also a good mix of ages and people, which means you're not always rolling with someone three times your size. The instructor makes himself very readily available for extra tips, or to go over some moves after class which shows his commitment to his students.
