Abmar is one of the most innovative Jiu Jitsu fighters on the planet and will be teaching a seminar @ Foundry on Tuesday, June 4th.

I met Abmar many years ago through a friend and he blew me away with his skill and teaching.  I would suggest making this seminar, if at all possible! 

Hooman made a lone trek to Texas for the Dallas Open and came away with Silver, losing the final by one advantage.
He didn't stop there however, and despite competing at "super-feather" jumped in and fought in the Open Class, winning his first two matches.

Congrats to everyone from Foundry & Alliance Team at the NY Open!

We sent one purple, two blues, and a handful of white belts to this event and everyone fought very well, win or lose.  

The two most memorable performances were put on by Jeff & Eric.
 Jeff cruised through a huge Blue Belt Adult division, before losing in the quarterfinals by 2 points, despite dominating the match.  
Eric put on a dominating performance, not giving up a single point and putting on a clinic at White Belt.  Who says White Belts can't be very technical?

Great job Ben W., Jeff, Sha, Amarto, Nassir, Chris & Eric!!!  Thank you Johnny for taking the weekend to help coach!

Noel & Hooman were both in BIG divisions at the Pan American Championships 2013, held March 20-24 in Irvine, California.

Neither managed to medal this year, but fought very well and had some great moments during their fights. Videos of all the matches are on the Foundry Facebook group page.
