The Foundry placed 6th in Team Standings at US Grappling last weekend out of a LOT of teams from MD, DC, VA, DE, PA, and W. VA

Excellent showing for a young academy that sent only 14 competitors!!! 

...on his promotion to Blue Belt.  Wai has been doing a great job in class and recently took gold in both his Gi and No-Gi divisions.
